DriscoN put a new Biggby Coffee in Mt. Pleasant into an existing bank building. This 2,300 square foot project included a drive up window, prep area, POS, and seating area for customers.
Disaster Recovery Restoration
This image upgrade for Dutler Foods in Grand Rapids consisted of a new color scheme and a fresh coat of paint on the exterior of the building.
A $1 million fire restoration project that recovered 30,000 square feet of building space. Housed in this building are businesses such as Kingdom Life Ministries, Pine Rest, and New Birth Apostolic Church.
This new build project brought a $1.4 million urgent care medical center to the Mt. Pleasant area. It includes reception and patient processing, as well as exam rooms, central office space and x-ray machine rooms.
This 1,600 square foot retail space was renovated from an existing gas station into a fireworks store. Both the interior and the exterior received upgrades. They are a returning customer and an auxiliary building is currently being planned with DriscoN's consulting team.
Wesco Store #11
This project was a new building after demolishing an existing convenience store. It included a new fuel system, burying a 36,000 fuel tank, extensive dewatering and water purification due to the contamination present.
Gas Station/Convenience Store
This project took what originally had been a 1930's Art Deco movie theatre and brought it back to life as a recording studio. At the project's conception, the building had fallen into a rough state after housing different types of businesses, most recently an antique store.
Sundaes at the Park
Located in Sparta, MI an existing commercial building that had hosted many different types of businesses was turned into a successful and charming ice cream parlor. It features both indoor and outdoor seating as well as an indoor counter and a walk up window.
DriscoN renovated the building and restored the original paneled look and colors on the exterior. They also enlarged some of the windows to bring more light into the interior. The 3,800 square foot interior was renovated into a
Vandercook- This 4,800 square feet remodel included a completely updated exterior with brick, as well as a fresh interior with new millwork, tile, restrooms, and paint.
This salon is housed in a renovated suite in a 90-year-old building in downtown Greenville, MI. The job included new electrical service to the suite. It also reused and refinished all of the old birds eye maple floors from the original building. The interior renovation here has really brought life back to the old building while maintaining the character of the space.
Completed Over 20 gas station/ convenience store image upgrades for Walters- Dimmick Petroleum all across Michigan. These included everything from new or painted exteriors, new "Johnny's" signage, new interior finishes, renovated restrooms, and more. A select few.
The Sparta Area Recreation Association is creating a multiuse outdoor recreation facility. This 90-acre development includes softball, baseball, football, rugby and soccer fields as well as walking trails and a centralized concession and restroom building.
Ironwood Bar and Grill
What used to be the Shamrock Bar received a much needed facelift and interior update. A new bar canopy and refinish, new booth seating area, fresh paint and other finishes and a lighting refresh give the interior new life. Meanwhile, a new entrance canopy and fresh paint give the building a sophisticated touch. Soft Opening is Monday, 6/27/16!

Hastings- A 4,300 square foot completely new build for this location transformed it into one of their highest grossing stores.
Ann & Monroe- DriscoN demoed an existing gas station and did a new build in this location. Later when the 'Johnny's' branding came into existence, Walters-Dimmick once again called upon DriscoN to provide this location with a partial image upgrade.

An old industrial building serves as the stage to be renovated into a church for Kingdom Life Ministries. This building includes a sanctuary for services as well as a fellowship room, classrooms, and administrative offices.
